You probablely have  heard the rumors that LucasArts are hard at work developing another title based on the surprisingly good Star Wars television show, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and you know what, they are correct.

The game is entitled Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Republic Heroes, or The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes for short, and it will take place between seasons 1 and 2 of the animated Clone Wars series. It will also feature a wide range of playable heroes, including Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, and some of the clone trooper characters.

In addition, the game will have a cooperative mode were you can play can with a friend of your choice. Expect the game on September 15 for all this gen systems.

At the New York Comic-Con event, Activision showed some new gameplay videos of the upcoming X-Men Origins Wolverine video game, but sadly, they we weren’t allowed to release the video because we needed permission to post it. However, one bold youtuber that attend the press conference, showcasing the game, wasn’t scared to get there hands wet, or in this case bloody, and for that we thank them. Anyway, here are the videos that were demonstration at the conference.

A YouTube video has hit the web proclaiming that it’s the Dead Rising 2 trailer and guys close to Capcom have confirmed that is this the real deal.

I had a chance to contact a rep from Capcom and nothing can be ‘officially said’ because they cannot confirmed anything just yet. But, from this video we can find out some  information about Dead Rising 2.

The video has a reference to a drug that turns out ‘to almost be complete effective’ against the outbreak. Anyway, the video then moves to a casino it shows Isabella Keyes from the first game pushing a giant hamster ball, which they say is a new weapon from in the game.

However, if the video is true, it appears to confirm that Dead Rising 2 will be set in Las Vegas because of the casino parts of the trailer, but as of now, one can only wait and see.

The people at Xbox360 fanboy have post a very cool list about what they have learned about Gears of War 2. Posted after the break, they compiled a rather complete list of new GoW2 facts, tidbits and information we discovered after giving the latest video a good watching analysis.

Things Learned From Gears of War 2 Gameplay Trailer
• The Locust now have the ability to sink entire cities with giant emergence holes.
• To defend against the Locust onslaught, the COG transport vehicles called Derricks bring tunnel machines called Grind Lifts to Locust occupied areas. Underground combat ensues.
• Campaign level act one, chapter three is named “Assault”.
• Reavers are back for GoW2 and they are trouble.
• Both the cover system and active reload look to stay true to their Gears roots.
• Overall combat is much more open and expansive, it truly looks like you’re in the middle of a war.
• Brumaks are back and yes, you will be gunning them down. Take that Gears of War PC!
• The ability to generate hundreds of Locusts on screen looks (as we expected) to be used to set the mood of the battle and make it more frantic. Think of these hundreds of Locusts as interactive decoration.
• We’re introduced to a new Lancer style weapon that shoots ammo in bursts.
• We’re also introduced to a new pistol weapon that sort of looks like Halo 3‘s Brute Spiker.
• When a Locust falls to his knees you’ll be able to use him as hostage cover.
• Locust neck snapping is now an option.
• They’ve added a new chainsaw animation that was seen in the teaser trailer. Basically, the chainsaw is flipped over, stuck into a Locust’s back and is forced up vertically through the torso. Bloody disgusting.
• Chainsaw duels are real! The chainsaw victor is the one who can press “B” the fastest in the mini game.
• Assault Derricks pack a lot of firepower and do a pretty good job at running over Brumaks.
• Gears of War 2 is going to be incredible!

It has already been scheduled for a release on the April 24 Marketplace for 600 points an then on the PlayStation Store on the same day but, EA can’t have it fans waiting. Today, EA release a promotional video for the upcoming SSC Challenge pack. The video is of a timed obstacle course between two teams – red and blue – which try to get as much cash as possible in of hope joining the Security and Strategy Corporation.
