When first showing the Modern Warfare 2 teaser trailer (shown below), there was an underwater snippet shown, which left many questioning if there was going to be an underwater level of some kind playable in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

However, in a recent interview with GameTrailers TV, Infinity Ward cleared those questions right up. “It’s mostly… the opening to a level,” Infinity Ward’s CCO Vince Zampella told GameTrailers TV. “There’s not any underwater combat or anything… That’s how the CO’s generally infiltrate.”

Ever since the MechWarrior 4 expansion pack released in 2002, fans have been waiting, hoping for another MechWarrior title to cool their Mech fighting needs. Now, seven years later, their prayers, and hopes, have been answered.

First shown via a teaser trailer, we can now confirm that there is a new MechWarrior title in development at Piranha Games, who recently HELPED with the newest Transformer title.

Anyway, this new title is simply entitled MechWarrior, and will serve as a reboot for the franchise. You’ll still be piloting mechs, but the developers reckon that current console technology will for the first time let you feel like you’re really behind the sticks of a giant fighting robot.

They’re also shooting for a “dynamic battlefield”, and rather than feature a food chain of mechs, instead want to let players choose a style of mech and then upgrade that to suit their tastes as they progress through the game. MechWarrior is coming to the PC and Xbox 360, with no details yet on either a publisher or a release time frame.

As expected by so many of us, during the Microsoft Keynote today in Los Angeles, Bungie revealed its development on the latest Halo title, Halo: Reach.

Thanks to the very short teaser trailer that was shown during the keynote, Halo: Reach is due for release in Fall 2010. Along with the reveal, it was said that if you buy the Halo 3 expansion, Halo: ODST, you’ll get an invite to the Reach MP beta.

It’s time. After god knows how long since the teaser that shocked the inter-web, the Eastern Conference Final is finally upon us. During the end beginning of the second third fourth quarter of the Eastern Conference Final millions of fans and gamers were left at the edge of their seats with this very Modern Warfare 2 trailer.

“Everyone on the team is laser focused on making the most gripping experience we’ve ever created,” said Infinity Ward’s CEO, Vince Zampella when the title was announced. “No detail is too small and every finishing touch imaginable is underway to make Modern Warfare 2 our best ever. No, this isn’t a teaser for a promotion to reveal a “world premier” trailer during a major sport event, it’s an actual trailer that, by god, is more exciting then the end of days  itself – because whats fun about the end of something? And if you didn’t get that, I’m talking about life itself.

Anyway, lets get back on topic. This is the newest trailer for the long awaited video game Heavy Rain and it features two characters from within the universe; a cop, and Mad Jack, the villain from this clip.

Sam Fisher can’t remain hidden any longer and the time has come for UbiSoft to show us (absolutely nothing of) Splinter Cell: Conviction via one if their “teaser trailers”.

Anyway, there isn’t much point in going into detail about the teaser trailer because there aren’t any, but you do get to hear Sam Fisher talking about the situation he’s landed in Jack Bauer style. However, according the teaser site, you’ll have to wait until the 20th of May, and 28th May for more details and, properly, another trailer.

That’s right people. After god knows how long, it seems that we finally get to see the sequel in action, but in the form of a trailer.

The Army of Two: The 40th Day trailer shows a more serious and intense side of the game by showing what has happen to the city of Shanghai.

However, the trailer does show one of the games newest features, mock surrender, which is basically when you, or your partner, hinds and one of you go out and fakes a surrender and you should know how it goes from there. 

GameTrailers TV just released the first ever teaser trailer for Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time. The teaser focuses on the supreme power of time and the consequences that will result if time is manipulated. Of course, that means that some bad guy will create ‘A Crack In Time’ and that means it’s up to Ratchet & Clank to seal it. Ratchet and Clank: A Crack In Time will arrive in stores sometime in Autumn 2009.

We can’t wait for BioWare’s newest project, but, really, when are they going to release anything about the game’s plot? I mean we already know its links up with the ending of the first Mass Effect – thanks to the ever so revealing teaser trailer for the game.

Anyway, it seems like we have some more in depth details about the games plot – it not an official reveal tho. In the Amazon listing for the upcoming sequel, Mass Effect 2, it ‘leaked’ what seems to be the plot details for the game.

The second chapter in the Mass Effect trilogy “takes you to the darkest reaches of space, where you must uncover the mystery behind the disappearance of humans across many worlds.

“Prepare yourself for a suicide mission to save mankind. Travel the galaxy to assemble a team of soldiers and combat specialists, and launch an all-out assault on the heart of enemy territory.”

It came as no shock when this game was revealed, after Activision’s earlier trys with the sweet love band Aerosmith, it was just left when they were planning to release it. Now, however today we finally get a good look at Guitar Hero: Metallica in the form of a trailer,  not a teaser trailer.

“Us being a pretty guitar-oriented band, I think we were pretty much destined to do something with Guitar Hero,” says guitarist Kirk Hammett of Metallica. “It’s a natural sort of relationship. We jumped at the chance.”

Personally, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune has to be one of my favorite games of all time, I’ve spent more time playing it then any other game on the PS3. And just recently Naughty Dog released the teaser trailer for the second game, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and that is when everything changed.

Now, the first details for the game have been posted from the latest issue of Game Informer – it is the cover article of GI and everyone is always quick to put up information like this.

The details are as follows; there is a new girl named Chloe Frazer, no comment Elena and Sully’s return. Melee combat is more dynamic. Naughty Dog is planning to use nearly 100% of the PS3’s power in Among Thieves. Drake is more stealthily. Nolan North returns as Drake and Chloe Frazer is played by Claudia Black. The Sixaxis mechanics were ditched.

One weapon revealed is a rocket launcher that Chloe uses (might only be for the cinematic). No load screens. The score is being composed by Greg Edmonson. Weapons can be used in any stance (running, behind cover, hanging etc.). You can now move while aiming behind cover.

In a hands-on interview with SCEA managing producer, Kyle Shubel, it revealed something more then just more new in-game information on Killzone 2. After all, it was just announced that the game would be feature in 1080i, which is one of the highest visual standard for a video game.

Anyway, when being interview by G4’s X-Play it was revealed by Shubel that the game is set to be released on February 27, 2009 in NA. The game was first revealed back in E3 2005 via a pre-rendered teaser trailer with so called “target gameplay.” But I’m not going to go into a argument about that.

However, the game has not yet been dated for other territories, but has been privately beta tested over the past quarter.

Last year, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune became one of the best PlayStation 3 games available, and ever since, many of us have been waiting for a sequel. But, we’ve already heard that Naughty Dog was working on it, we were just waiting for them to announce it.

Well, today we can rest a bit happier knowing that, that time is almost here but to keep you happy Naughty Dog has released a teaser trailer for the game. It also was confirmed today that Game Informer will be revealing the game in the January issue of their magazine. So it looks like we’ll be hearing alot more about the game in the upcoming months.

There was also a little information given about the game. It is said that the game would take Nathan Drake on a quest that revolves around 13th century explorer, Marco Polo. Also, the game will feature a new emphasis on story, as well as a “free climbing mechanic” and stealth gameplay. There was also the official name given for the game which is Uncharted 2: Among Thieves – thanks to the cover of the next Game Informer mag.

Anyway, the official trailer will debut on Spike TV’s 2008 Video Game Awards ceremony on Sunday, December 14.

As we are still waiting to get our hands on the PS3 version of Bioshock, yesterday morning we took watch as someone published a video on youtube showing the teaser trailer for Bioshock 2, which is only in the PS3 version of the game. At the end of the trailer it showed the new title for Bioshock 2, which was simply entitled Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams. Even if many of us don’t know no what to expect from this game, we can still stop and wonder whether this game will be a sequel to Bioshock or a prequel.

According to WhatIfGaming, 2K Marin has decided to revealed some very basic information on the upcoming game. 2K developer, Charles Schechbeck, said this sequel is also part prequel.

“BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams is part of a prequel and at the same time is a sequel, so you’re kind of close on the interpretation of the trailer. The rising replica of Rapture can represent something to do with this or something part of a bigger surprise that everyone has to wait and see to play.”

That’s right, i didn’t spell anything wrong in the title. According to GameZine, at the Take-Two press conference at E3 they showed a short teaser for a new title in the Red Dead Revolver franchise. There where many rumors that pointed to this game being reality.

Here’s what they had to say about the teaser “Other games on show were NHL 2K9, NBA 2K9 and a Wii Dora the Explorer ‘game’. The presentation was concluded with a quick teaser trailer for a new title in the Red Dead Revolver franchise.” We are still waiting for official word from Take-Two.
