Rrr… It seems that Disney and Propaganda are working on an on-world action-RPG using the tag name Pirates of the Caribbean for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 entitled Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned.

Anyway, Armada of the Damned takes place before the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and brands players will the ability to make on moral decisions, build their characters, vessels – of course – with the add zombie Pirate fighting.

“We want to make sure our game creates a sense a freedom in how you decide to live your pirate life,” said Alex Peters in an interview with IGN.

“We are trying to make experiences in the Caribbean similar to those featured in the movies so you can expect to see some supernatural elements mixed in with realism.”

When continuing, the game’s director also said that the game’s action takes place on both land and sea, while players interact with the nation powers who inhabit the Caribbean. These such encounters change your loyalties and choices over the course of the game.

It looks like this big budget movie may have been too big for its budget. Announced last May, the movie was in pre-production by Universal and 2K with Pirates of the Caribbean director, Gore Verbinski attached to helm the film along with John Logan, responsible for Gladiator and The Aviator, planning the script.

According to a spokesperson from Universal, the film will remain alive in an extended pre-production “so the studio and production can take a look at possible alternate shooting locations, available tax credits, foreign exchange rates and other elements that might help us make the film at a responsible budget.”

“No plug has been pulled on BioShock,” reps told Kotaku. “Universal remains committed to making the project and Gore absolutely remains attached as director.”

The movie was announced to have a budget at about $160 million, which, if you remember, rocked the internet with the announcement.

Hollywood movie star hunk Orlando Bloom has NOT landed the lead role in Disney’s new adventure trilogy Prince of Persia . The deal is reported to be worth $40 million. 31-year-old Orlando Bloom has star in movie like Pirates of the Caribbean, which did  good in the box office. He has beaten competition like Zac Efron to take the lead role in the movie adaptation of the Prince of Persia . The flim is said to be directed by Jerry Bruckheimer and is due to begin filming in July.
