During Microsoft‘s E3 ’09 keynote, they revealed the long awaited and rumored sequel, Crackdown 2. However, it isn’t until now – the Tokyo Game Show – that we’re getting to see the first pair of screenshots, and, well, they’re freaking amazing.

At Tokyo’s Xbox 360 Media Briefing 2009, Microsoft confirmed that Konami will be publishing Ninety-Nine Nights II. There’s little information know about the title, however, the sequel will feature the same style of gameplay as the original – which blends a  large groups of enemies with fast-paced combat. Ninety-Nine Nights II was said to be developed by Rez designer Testsuya Mizuguch, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Konami had “no comment” to make about the news.
