Ignition Entertainment has confirmed that King of Fighters XII will be coming to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 this Summer. The game has had its up and downs as of lately with one of the longest development cycles for any series title to date, but that is okay. Only if we can get a great game at the end.

But, with time we’ll be able to see how the game has been rebuild from the ground up – with an all new engine and a in-depth improved character sprites. Speaking of, you can view the trailer here.

Okay. It’s not really ready yet, but it will be making its way onto a console near you very soon, Nov. 19. As of right now, the update is sitting in a sever farm at Microsoft Headquarters just waiting to make its way down your Ethernet cable straight into your 360, but from this video, after the update is complete, you’ll be truly into a the New Xbox Experience. That’s geared to any genre that makes you a gamer. The update is set to bring a profound change that will bring a new ever lasting appeal to a bigger audience.

Polygamia have gotten their hands on the English version of Fable II and they were nice enough to provide us with a short ten min video of the first ten minutes of “thy” Fable II. The video really doesn’t go into much detail about the games story, but it is just enough to fuel a bit of your hunger. That’s right. Sometimes reading does gives you new information even when your not looking for it. According to the newest issue of GamesTM Magazine, Capcom is planning to release the demo for Resident Evil 5 in early 2009. There wasn’t any information given on if it will be the same demo that was shown a E3 or even the Games Convention. There have been many Dragonball games, but what will make this one any different? According to Playthings, Fox appointed Gary Rosenfeld to the position of Senior Vice President of New Media Licensing, a role with oversight of the studio’s portfolio of video game projects and management responsibility for Twentieth Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising’s (Fox L&M) games development staff. Rosenfeld is planning explore opportunities in the growing PC online game space and investigate new business models and partnerships in the console publishing area.

A handful of Fox properties will make it to the top of his list as he begins this new endeavor, starting with the studio’s major upcoming film releases and television brands, including Avatar, Night at the Museum – The Battle Of The Smithsonian, Ice Age 3, Dragonball, The Simpsons and Family Guy.
