Whatever you do, don’t get your hopes up. Yes, this the next Def Jam, but, sadly, it’s not fighting game. It’s a casual Hip Hop Karaoke game, go figure. Anyway, the game is being developed by new company called 4mm Games –  made up of former Rockstar execs/talent - via a partnership with Def Jam Interactive and it’s entitled Def Jam Rapstar.

4mm Games and Def Jam Interactive have a great story to share in terms of their unique partnership and more importantly their vision for Def Jam Rapstar to foster an interactive environment that speaks to the popular urban and hip hop communities which span a wide range of demographics. Wait, that’s casual talk!

The partnership and upcoming portfolio of titles, starting with Def Jam Rapstar, stems from both companies desire to create authentic, and culturally relevant urban-rooted entertainment across multiple genres/platforms. More info will be revealed at this years E3.

While we all have to wait in pain for the all new 50 Cent: Blood On The Sand, there is  one more detail that can keep you at rest and knowing that this game is going to not end up like Bulletproof.

Stephen Totilo had a chance to talk the game’s producer and told MTV that there was a demo of 50 Cent’s Blood On the Sand and was  "really excited" on how the game was shaping up.

To the point that even 50 cent has high hopes on this game. He also talked about a new love interested that came from Mr. G-Unit himself.

No details where revealed on who that mysterious love interest is at this time.

In Wyclef’s new music video it features Burnout Paradise, Wyclef Jean’s member of the hip hop trio The Fugees. The Fugees were a hip hop group in the mid-1990s. They made songs like “No Woman, No Cry”, “Ready or Not” and “Killing Me Softly”. The group’s members were Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill, and Pras Michel. So check out this video!
