Apple calls it &#8220;the most powerful, fastest iPhone we&#8217;ve ever made.&#8221; Also, viewing Excel is faster and loading SimCity is 2.4 faster. And it can also capture video at 30FPS VGA.</p><p>It will have hardware support for the OpenGL ES 2.0 standard, and this should make graphics-intensive applications run smoother.</p><p>The 3GS can take voice commands, has a more powerful battery, and a starting price of $199 for a version with 16 gigabytes of memory. There&#8217;s also an 32 gigabyte version for $299. The phones will begin to go on sale on June 19th, but the 16 gigabytes phone will release on the 17th.
