If you check the KZ2 bullet advert demo from the PS store, you'll get a sense of what all future developers are up against. Check the lens effect layer. It adds the "realism" of lens and video effects to the image, pushing it beyond mere polygons towards believability. When you're running from the Helgast base in Saluman Market, you almost believe you are watching a helmet-cam on a living soldier. All of this is to say that screen shots aren't worth much. They can only tell us if something is really awful, but not if there is something superb. Stylistically, Brink appears to be pushing a cartoony look somewhere between KZ2 and Team Fortress 2. Less realism from the outset means more forgivability with respect to the image. Brink is going to rock, I'm sure, but lets just wait and see what happens. God forbid somebody makes something better or as good as KZ2, right? (sarcasm) In related news, all other fps still blow compared to KZ2. Tried the Cellfactor psy-wars demo and almost puked it was so lame. (Prays for competition to KZ2...)

That has to be the most retarded gamer blog ever. Yes, Brink is very pretty, but come on, no source, bad english, hardly any context?

The whole non-article is basically a post saying "woo, colors!"

The comparison to Killzone 2 was put in just to fill in the headline. IT's like comparing Gears of War 2 with Naruto. Completely different art styles.

"Realest blog in the VideoGame/HipHop industry" my ass.

Maybe the visuals could get close to killzone 2's but it says nothing about physics.
