It makes prefect sense that we’d be getting the sequel to one of the best DS games of last year, Professor Layton and the Curious Village, it was just about a matter of time until the announce it for our regain.
At the Game Developer Conference, Level 5 head of publishing Akihiro Hino told the audience, when being asked, he wants all six Layton games to eventually come out in the U.S. and Europe. If we do the math, this means that there are six Layton games in the works – one of them being the recently revealed Professor Layton and the Devil’s Flute.
Ending on that statement, he also revealed that the are currently working on on the localized version of Diabolical Box, and they hope to release it in the next six months.
