GDC ‘09: Nintendo’s Newest DS Zelda Project
Yeah, we know its not their newest Zelda Wii project, but it still awesome. Today, at Nintendo’s keynote at the Game Developers Conference, they revealed there newest Zelda project for the Nintendo DS entitled, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
The game looks to play alot like The Phantom Hourglass featuring dungeon maps on the top screen, gameplay on the bottom screen, and a fascination with trains.
In the trailer that was revealed at the keynote, Link seems to be a engineer for a train with a cannon mounted on it, which is viewable on the bottom. The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks will be available this year for the Nintendo DS.
