qoibdkzfpi 161x300 Ben 10 Game Sells 2.5m WorldwideYes, I know it’s kind of childish but I love this show and for some reason I can’t get Ben “10″ Tennyson out of my mind, not in that way. But it looks like children all over the world have been hell bent on getting there hands on his latest game because the same guys that published Dark Sector have revealed that Ben 10: Protector of Earth has sold 2.5 million copy worldwide.

According to Edge, D3Publisher said Wednesday that its Cartoon Network licensed title Ben 10: Protector of Earth has sold 2.5 million units worldwide. The multiplatform game, now selling for $19, launched just over a year ago on October 30, 2007. It was the first Ben 10 interactive game, and is available for Wii, PS2, DS and PSP.

“We look forward to even greater success with the recently released sequel,” said Yoji Takenaka, president and CEO, North America and Europe at D3P.

D3P released a follow-up on October 28 this year, titled Ben 10: Alien Force The Game. The new title retails for $39 on Wii and PS2, and for $29 on DS and PSP.The Ben 10 Cartoon Network series revolves around a 10-year-old boy who finds an alien device that grants him superpowers.
