heres the facts
1. you went to make business contacts outside of stillwater and either it didnt work out or it was a rouse to get you out of stillwater (ie: akuji tries to kill you/ you and gat escape)
2. you have to sneak back into stillwater you run into shaundi or shaundi calls you tells you about pierce running the saints (after your supposed death or just wants to take over “take over is morelikely since shaundi had all the ideas and pierce only complained)
3. pierce cant run a gang for s–t and 4-6 other gangs have emerged.(ronin return.)
the streets are filled with gang violence the police are spread thin trying to hold out against the gangs.
4. you cant command the saints so its back to square one.
heres the prolouge

your chilin with gat at tee n ay (or technically leagal). pierce walks in and asks if theres anything you want him to do cause hes bored of taking shaundi shoe shopping. “thats a surprise from you!” replies gat. your cell phone goes off and the voice on the phone says “ive heard a lot about you and im eager do do business with the saints.” “im sure your not just going to listen to a voice over the phone so im paying you a sum of $20,000 now and another $50,000 when you arive. thats just so that we can discuss business.” the voice tells you to take a plane to {anywehere usa} (it can be new york city for all i care) anyway gat naturally goes with you. (dealing with pierce you tell him to sit tight while you check something out) you arrive at the destination airport. the deal is underway and the offer is legitamate. out of the blue the ronin apear. “akuji sends his regards.” and the fight is on to escape the ronin and protect your new business partner. (aka weapons,armor,vehicle {military grade} contact. who later helps you set up shop in stillwater.) you escort the contact {marcus”just a name i came up with for now”} to an apc (yes like the ultor and swat style) and he drives away. “if they know were here then they are definitely hitting our guys in stillwater.” says gat “whadya say we take this bird to stillwater?” after defeating the last of the ronin you steal a personel jet and head back to still water. (activate cut scene) flying over stillwater you can see the city in flames. (when it rains it pours.)
the plane lands and you and gat are walking through the airport terminal. some saints are at the entrance.

/blue gangsters/ “die saints.” the gangsters shoot some saints and run into an alleyway.
“lets hurry and meet shaundi before WE get shot.” (main char)
some more gangsters run through the street some ronin show up and the fights get worse. the police have set up road blocks in some areas telling people to return to there homes and stay off the streets. you finally arive at mourning woods cemetery. shaundi come from the garage next to the house.
“glad you could make it boss.”
“whats this plan of yours shaundi?”(main char)
“first well need a boat.ive got one statshed at the trailor park.”(s)
you go to the docks in the trailor park
“you can call me crazy but right now the safest place for us to hide is the prison.”(s)

grab a boat and head for the prison island. as you head there shaundi explains how the ronin apeared right after shaundi and peirce had a falling out in the old underground hangout. the ronin started blowing stuff up and shaundi and pierce made it out. (the blowing up part i got from a privious post its a good idea and it gets the saints to need a new hangout.)
“so the prison is the one piece of turf that none of the gangs are realy interested in fighting over.” (s)
“i still dont like this idea.” (gat)
“im not saying were going to stay there were just going there to get out of the crosshairs untill we can find a new place to set up shop.” (s)
so with your generous donation of $70,000 from marcus. and what you got for completing missions. and bonus activities if youve played them already. you get to choose a location for your gang HQ and begin development. i figured theres plenty of empty lots in stillwater time to put them to use. you esentialy build your own cribs. (halo 3 forge rip) (you have to make some careful choices though. if you have the lowest points in your defences so that your gang can cruise in a.p.c's then when the rival gangs come in to take you out they wont break a sweat. if you have the better defended base and cruise around in hummvee's your gang is balanced and can mobelize to counter attack the other gangs.)
most frequently will be a power struggle for full controll of the saints. choices you make affect friendships. (mr.wong, gat, troy, marcus etc.)

other then that i like holmzie1994's gangs as the others so the players

i like scorpions of bushido that sounds cool (nice job holmzie1994) the other two gangs i dont know. i do know that benjamin king shouldnt come back. but if he does he definately wouldnt join the saints. (next part is spoiler) specially after what you did to jules.

Rival gangs

1.Uptown speedfreaks……..a crew that is really a replacement for the westside rollerz but these guys hav serios connections and serious cars.these guys hav a hideout in the harton hotel close to the casino
2.The underground bikers…….. an type of crew that would put bikes before life,hell they think bikes are their lives,these are the bearded guys who hang out in their hideout in the underground taverns
3.Scorpians of bushido……..these guys were a crew that came from columbia and they basically owned the whole place but ever since they got into the serious stuff with their three main drugs (cocaine,heroin,steroids) the police found ways of annoying them so they all moved to still water where they hav a hideout close to the old brotherhood hideout

Storyline

At the start ur in the hideout sitting with gat having a random conversation when pierce comes along says he wants to be more involved and he wants to be the vice leader if the boss was away but u say no cause he says there is no vice leader and pierce starts going on about how u put urself before ur crew and then draws a gun out. all the saints look at pierce and as pierce was about to pull the trigger some of the saints grabed him and wrestled him to the floor u tell him to leave the saints never come back . pierce says ur gonna regret this and as he left one of the members ran up to u and gat saying that there is an unidentified crew taking over the teritory up in the north so while u and the whole of ur crew go up to the north another unidentified gang came out of nowhere and started planting a load of C-4 around the hideout and as soon as all the saints reached the north, BANG the saints hideout was no more so u and gat go back while shaundi stays with the others, u and gat come back only to see ur hideout up in flames so u go back to the north and find that all the saints hav been killed. the only surviver was shaundi so u go to ur cribs where the other saints hang out only to find that all the cribs hav been burnt down.
so ur a three person gang who has no hideout no gang no place to go and with three brand new gangs who they dont even no who they are, ur helpless. shaundi does say that they could stay at her ex-boyfriends house so u go there and start to work out how the gangs knew where there hideout was where there new hideout was going to be and things to do that wont only bring back the saints but make them better so shaundi's ex gives u a choice of five possible places u would like ur new hideout to be then gat makes some calls to see if he could find more crew members and he did he found an old member the saints (carlos's brother), a mechanic(donnie), a man who wrote an autobiograghy(ben king)and a man who got fired from the stillwater police department(troy bradshaw)so u hav got ur hideout and u have the extra help so the next thing u do is work out who has got to find information on the three new gangs in town u pick gat for the underground bikers, u pick troy bradshaw for the uptown speed freaks and u pick ben king for the scorpians of bushido. i will leave the missions of the gangs to someonelse but i will reveal that peirce was the secret leader of the uptown speedfreaks and the fact ultor leader eric grophan was killed in the same way as dane vogal but its dex this time that does the throwing and he becomes the new leader of the ultor corp and since ur the last crew standing once again dex decides that he could be the first man in ultors history to kill the saints once and for all so he did the same thing that dane did first and that was to get rid of the main characters of the 3rd street saints and of course that fails when u kill every ultor soldier in the area but then after that dex went his own way by buying the latest technology of weapons jeeps trucks eurofighters helicopters boats and explosives and then it gets even tougher when ur pinned down by the masako team but making his appearence in the game tobias comes in and kills as much masako soldiers as possible and then escorts u to his helicopter only to find it blown up by pierce and the remainder (3) of his crew who had assault rifles pointing at them at it looked gd for them until dex and 7 members of ultor were pointing weapons at both the saints and the uptown speedfreaks and then after that shaundi, troy, gat,king and donnie were pointing weapons at the at both of the men so thats another mission and the final showdown comes where all the saints, all of the masako and all of the uptown speedfreaks battle while u pierce and dex do a three way gun point in the ultor building where u aim at dex,dex aims at pierce and pierce aims at u but then suddenly pierce aims at dex and it ends by dex been shot and thrown out of the ultor building.pierce takes a look down at the mess that lay at the bottom and then u push pierce out of the building urself so its just u that is left in the building. the uptown speedfreaks were dead, ultor was destroyed, but once again the 3rd street saints fought and conquired stillwater they were unbeaten for the third time so u wait on the heli pad where tobias comes in with an ultor chopper carrying gat donnie shaundi king and troy. so u get in the chopper and fly away to the saints hideout where theres mr wong waiting for u but all of a sudden he drops from his knees to the ground. u help him up only to see blood coming out of his chest, he says make them suffer and then u say who did this to u, but it was too late he died u look up and u see his translater hanging by the neck in the middle of the room and in his pocket was a note saying words that looked like it was written in blood big mistake and that is where it ends

More Jewlery (Put more diamond things like Diamond earrings, Diamond watches,) (Not only diamonds for women but diamonds for men like rapper have)

Realistic Cars (Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Merceds-Benz, Honda, Hyundai, Cheverolet, Hummer, Cadillac, Lexus, BMW, Kia, Toyota, Ford, GMC, and Infiniti)When customizing your cars you should have real rim sizes and not 12 inch rims that look like 24 inch rims and you should be able to choose the rim color and the car color.

Realistic Drugs: The game should have real drugs like Cocaine,PCP,Marijuana,Heroin,Opium, and Cigarettes that you can sell/smoke

STORYLINE OPTIONS:
You should be able to become a rapper, drug dealer, or both

If you choose to be a rapper you should be able to release albums and start a record label or work for another label. Also you should hang with other rappers and buy expensive things that real rappers own. In this storyline you become big and try to make more money and sell more albums than opposing record labels .It would also be nice to have real rappers in the game who you can hang out with.

If you to choose to be a drug dealer you should start off working for a corner dealer(trafficing) for a big time dealer(standing on the corner selling drugs having other people traffic for you). If you work for a small time person they should intorduce you to people to get you big time orders. If you work for a big time dealer they should retire or get shot and you should run thier buisness. Also you should sell real drugs (Marijuana,PCP,Cocaine,Heroin,Morphine,and Opium) and not just weed.

If you choose to be both you start off in the trap (selling drugs as a corner dealer) with skills and an ambition to be a rapper and one day you are chilling with your homies and you are freestyling and a rapper hears you and think you got skills and he/she introduces you to thier record label producers and you get signed and you rap about the drug game. You should also either become really big like 50 Cent,Jay-Z and Lil' Wayne or stay small like Gucci Mane & Wacka Flocka Flame. Also with your own record label you should name it whatever you want.

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS:
More customizationable options(Customize your houses to certain colors and designs, Customize ALL vehicles and automobiles, Choose realistic rim sizes and brands)

More mansions and residential houses (there should be more MANSISONS)

GANG OPTIONS:
Recruit People off the Street (Take some random person who you think would want to join and cannonize them)

Have gang memebers prove they are loyal(ALL gang memebers have to commit a crime with or without you to prove they are loyal)

Have ONE ganghouse

Customize YOUR gang (You should be able to full customization over your gang including name, color, and style)(Color should be Specific becuasem if there is a gang that has red and you want your gang color to be red you should have different shades of red)(Style should also be specific in race,and clothing becuase you may want a mostly black gang with a few exceptions)

Also with customizing YOUR GANG you should choose your liuetenants and the higher ranked people

Also they should have different sets (just to make it more realistic its kind of pointless in a video game but it would make the game more fun/challenging)

Also they should have gang signs wiht your hands that you can spell out so when another gang wears your colors you can see if they are banging the same set or another set also it allows you to disrespect other sets/gangs

Your Character:
You should be able to name your character whatever you want (Jon,Jacob,Devin,Julius,Dexter,Deandre,Bonquisha)

You should be able to customize thier build to the full max(if they have big arms or slim and if they have a six pack and stuff)

You should be able to choose if you want your character to be straight,gay, lesbian, or bisexual

You should be able to have LONG hair, MEDIUM hair, or SHORT hair along with all the hairstyles from SR1 & SR2 with some new ones

MAP/MINI-GAMES/ACTIVITES:
On the map there should be 3-10 cities (New York,California,Stillwater,Detroit,North Carolina,South Carolina, and some COUNTRY/RACIST cities.

They should have nightclubs(where you can pick up women,get drunk,dance,or hang out in the VIP section)(If you chose to be a rapper they should your music and they should play Jerking Music so people can dance)

They should take out the Stroghold part of the game becuase it is stupid and pointless
